Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for its Government Services team in Chandler, AZ, to develop, maintain, deliver and coordinate a large-scale program ensuring positive engagement and measurable outcomes aligned to government requirements.

You will oversee multiple service delivery models, staff and lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets, forecasting and client communications to drive cost, schedule and technical performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree as specified or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive consulting, service delivery or program management experience; 3+ years in delivery leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• PMP certification (DAWIA Level III fits).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple service delivery models with continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and drive decision-making with leadership and customers.
• Staff portfolio with qualified resources and build high-performance teams.
• Coordinate with technical leads to ensure program success.
• Track metrics, analyze performance, and report status to stakeholders.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial management to meet targets.
• Onboard/offboard program resources and manage changes.
• Serve as primary customer contact and lead program reviews.
