Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Deputy Manager to oversee a strategic program within Advanced Technology (AT) that develops next-generation technology for Warfighter applications.

The role reports to the Program Director and serves as the Information System Owner (ISO) for programs, coordinating with Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, Security, Facilities, and Engineering to meet milestones within cost and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience managing projects or programs.
• Experience with industry or with government customers.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and/or related software applications.
• Project management or related business experience. Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.

Responsibilities

• Interface with government Program Office and PSO, Area of Responsibility PSO, and AO or designee; DAO and SCA.
• Communicate status and issues with AT and leadership; drive solutions to mitigate cost/schedule risk.
• Coordinate with Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Engineering for procurement, development, integration, and testing of program hardware.
• Develop a strategy for short/long-term connectivity between geographically separated locations; establish and maintain connections.
