Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Deputy Manager to lead strategic initiatives on a proprietary program within Advanced Technology. The role reports to the Program Director, acting as ISO for classified networks and coordinating with Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, and Security teams on security approvals and milestones.

The position is onsite in Goleta, CA with travel as needed. A Secret clearance is required and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years for related roles.
• Experience managing projects or programs for government or industry.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and related software.
• Project management or related business experience.
• Excellent relationship skills with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with government stakeholders and security officers to coordinate program milestones.
• Lead multi-functional teams to execute procurement, development, and testing.
• Develop program roadmap and strategy for current and future contracts.
• Ensure infrastructure and security approvals align with cost and schedule.
• Support proposal efforts to grow the program.
