Job summary

KeyLogic, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support day-to-day contract operations, execution management, and customer engagement across all task areas.

The role will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project performance, quality assurance, workforce coordination, and successful delivery with a focus on automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years managing projects within technical or analytics environments.
• Experience with Federal contract performance reporting, risk/action tracking, workforce coordination, and deliverable management.
• Experience supporting Agile project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Track schedules, deliverables, staffing, and performance metrics.

The Deputy PM will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project performance, quality assurance, workforce coordination, and successful delivery across all task areas.

• Experience supporting Agile project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Air or Space Force programs.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent task areas.
• This role is pending contract award and subject to customer approval.
• Salary estimate: $150,000
