• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required.
• 4+ years of systems engineering, integration, analysis, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Federal IT portfolio management, investment analysis, enterprise modernization, business-process analysis, or governance.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

This role will help leadership evaluate current-state operations, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations supporting mission priorities. ACTIVE Secret Clearance or higher is required.

The successful candidate will bridge business, operational, and technical perspectives to help drive enterprise modernization and organizational effectiveness.

• Strategic recommendations identifying opportunities to improve mission outcomes through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What You'll Do

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT, engineering, business, or related discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher.
• 4+ years of systems engineering, integration, analysis, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Federal IT portfolio management, investment analysis, enterprise modernization, business-process analysis, or governance.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of War (DOW) modernization initiatives.
• Strategic planning or consulting experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagements.

This role is pending contract award and subject to customer approval.

Salary estimate: $115,000
