Job summary

KeyLogic seeks a Deputy Program Manager in the Washington, DC area to support day-to-day contract operations, execution management, and customer engagement. You will work with the Program Manager to ensure project performance, QA, workforce coordination, and successful delivery across all task areas.

The role emphasizes governance, risk tracking, and collaboration across agile teams, with a focus on automation, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher required.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years managing projects within technical or analytics environments.
• Experience with Federal contract performance reporting, risk/action tracking, workforce coordination, and deliverable management.
• Experience supporting Agile project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across project teams and task leads.
• Track schedules, deliverables, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Support customer communications and governance activities.
• Identify and resolve execution risks and resource conflicts.
• Support quality management and process improvement efforts.
• Assist with reporting, planning, and contract administration.
• Facilitate project reviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Support planning and coordination of pilot, prototype, and innovation initiatives involving automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
