Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide senior-level oversight of acquisition support, procurement tracking, and government property management for the NOAA/NESDIS program. The role is on-site in Suitland, MD and requires coordination with CORs, Project Leads, and program leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–10 years of program/contract operations experience, with knowledge of FAR requirements and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of FAR Part 45 property management requirements and federal procurement processes.
  • Experience preparing acquisition documentation (PWS, SOW, IGCE) and supporting COR/budget functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, deadlines, and property inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of hardware/software acquisitions, including cost estimates and spending profiles.
  • Oversee POP audits for licenses and maintenance, ensuring renewals are tracked and expirations communicated.
  • Manage contract budgets, quality metrics, and property accountability per FAR requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of contractors and Government Furnished Property.
  • Maintain SOPs for procurement and property management; support leadership with meetings and briefings.
