Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program/contract operations.
• 5–10 years in government property management or procurement support.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 45 property management and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and oversight of hardware/software acquisitions and tech refresh plans.
• Oversee POP audits for licenses and maintenance agreements; track renewals.
• Direct tracking and reporting of contract budgets and property status.
• Review and format acquisition documents (PWS, SOW, IGCE) for CORs.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and Government Furnished Property.
• Coordinate periodic inventories and compliance packages for assets.
