Lynker Technologies is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide senior-level oversight of acquisition support, procurement tracking, and government property management for the NOAA/NESDIS program.

The role is on-site in Suitland, MD, with responsibilities spanning hardware/software acquisitions, budget tracking, and asset accountability, requiring a strong FAR knowledge base and experience with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in program/contract operations, acquisition support, or government property management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of hardware/software acquisitions, including tech refresh plans, cost estimates, and spending profiles.
  • Oversee POP audits for hardware/software licenses and maintenance agreements, ensuring renewals are tracked and Project Leads are notified ahead of expirations.
  • Direct tracking and reporting of contract budgets, quality-of-service metrics, and maintenance agreement status; flag discrepancies to CORs.
  • Review and format technical acquisition documentation (PWS, SOW, IGCE) prepared by Project Leads.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics for incoming contractors, including badging support, office space, and Government Furnished Property assignment.
  • Coordinate periodic and annual wall-to-wall property inventories and Board of Review packages.
