Job summary

Acuity International is seeking an Alternate Program Manager to support the AFCAP VI basic contract and act with full authority in the Program Manager's absence. This role involves directing the Program Management Office, overseeing task orders across dispersed locations, and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements.

The APM will promote the company's vision and values, provide leadership and training, and coordinate with Government PM teams.

Qualifications

• Current, active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• Two (2) years of program management experience within the last seven (7) years, with demonstrated expertise in government appropriations, engineering/construction/services/commodities, government acquisitions, and management of multiple task orders over $400K.
• Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contract-level key person of record, remaining in position for a minimum performance period of at least 12 months.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence, with authority to make decisions and direct program activities.
• Assist in maintaining AFCAP Management Plan (CDRL A001) and its component plans (staffing, quality control, procurement, subcontract management, safety, security, property control, contingency, CTIP).
• Support oversight of multiple task orders simultaneously, coordinating with Site Managers and Alternate Site Managers at each location.
• Engage with the AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government Program Management Team, including plan updates and maintenance of Key AFCAP VI Contact Listing.
• Assist in preparing executive reports, CDRLs, and performance reporting requirements.
• Ensure personnel comply with Joint Ethics Regulation and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support briefings and presentations to senior leadership and U.S. Government representatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
