Job summary

Acuity International is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager in executing the AFCAP VI basic contract. The APM will serve with full authority in the PM's absence, directing program activities and maintaining 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, a track record in program management, and experience with government acquisitions. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• 2 years of program management experience within the last 7 years.
• Experience with government appropriations.
• Experience in engineering, construction, services, or commodities.
• Experience managing multiple task orders > $400K.
• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent and provide resume and narrative of qualifying efforts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract-level key person of record for at least 12 months.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence with decision-making authority.
• Assist in maintaining AFCAP Management Plan and related plans (staffing, quality control, procurement, subcontract management, safety, security, etc.).
• Oversee multiple task orders across dispersed performance locations.
• Engage AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government PM Team; update plans and key personnel.
• Prepare executive reports, CDRLs, and performance reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD Joint Ethics Regulation and all laws and regulations.
• Support briefings and presentations to senior leadership and U.S. Government representatives.
• Provide leadership and development to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
