Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead and coordinate activities across multiple Intelligence Community programs. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility, with extensive program management experience and the ability to guide contractor and subcontractor teams across a classified environment.

The position involves interfacing with Government CO, COR and leadership, budget oversight, and staffing strategy, with travel across CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• 14+ years of related experience.
• 7 years of experience providing management support on IC/DoD or national security programs.
• 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractor interface to the Government CO, COR, and leadership for contractual, financial, technical, and programmatic matters.
• Provide management support and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel across all program functional areas.
• Develop and execute program management plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and communications across the full period of performance.
• Support management of contract financials, including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and cost control.
• Support staffing strategy and execution, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and surge staffing of TS/SCI CI and FS Polygraph-cleared personnel.

Job description

SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to provide management, direction, staffing and leadership support for all contractor activities performed under multiple Intelligence Community programs. This position is the primary point of contact and will provide accountability across the program portfolio.

Work is performed on multiple sites in CONUS/OCONUS location with travel as required.

The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Serving as contractor interface to the Government CO, COR, and leadership for contractual, financial, technical, and programmatic matters.
• Providing management support and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel across all program functional areas.

• Five (5) years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including direct oversight of personnel in a classified environment.

Desired:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
