Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead day-to-day program activities within the Defense/Intelligence community. You will manage contractor interfaces, hire and develop staff, and drive performance metrics to meet contract objectives.

The role requires a US citizenship, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a PMP certification, with at least 10 years in program management. You will collaborate with CO/COR and government PMs, guide cost/schedule/risk processes, and support business

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP Certification required.
• Minimum ten (10) years experience as a Program Manager for the Defense/Intelligence community.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• Ability to collaborate with CO, COR, Government PM and contractor management.
• Experience in cost management, schedule estimation/tracking, risk management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction of day-to-day program activities and manage contractor interfaces.
• Oversee hiring, orientation and management of staff for assigned programs.
• Develop and monitor performance measurements and set goals for employees.
• Define strategic goals and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Build and maintain customer and employee relationships.
• Direct skilled resources via clear communication and report on progress and issues.
• Support business development by staffing and pricing in capture efforts.
• Document business leads and track opportunities (Salesforce).
• Maintain relations with community and partner organizations.
• Participate in regional professional and industry events.
