Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead national-security technology programs for DoD and IC customers.

This role reports to a Program/Portfolio Director and requires extensive leadership across technical and business teams, with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance. The successful candidate will oversee IRAD activities, end-to-end product delivery, and sustainment, coordinating with engineering, field support, contracts, and finance to meet

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility at time of hire.
Ten+ years of relevant experience, including at least five years leading DoD/IC programs.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs, contracts, or task orders.
Experience with program financial performance and EACs.
Experience with systems integration, production, sustainment, or mission-support programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery across development, integration, production, and deployment.
Oversee IRAD activities with alignment to roadmaps and objectives.
Manage sustainment operations and lifecycle enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, field support, contracts, finance.
Monitor budgets, schedules, risks; implement corrective actions.
Engage with customers and stakeholders; communicate status and outcomes.
Support proposal development and transition of technologies to production.
