Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary federal delivery teams
• Ability to integrate daily delivery across task leads and manage program controls

Responsibilities

• Manage daily multidisciplinary federal program delivery across client tasks and partner companies.
• Coordinate task leads and partner companies to integrate schedules, staffing, and cross-task execution.
• Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and performance improvement.
• Coordinate program controls and financial reporting.
• Oversee deliverable reviews and track corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve delivery dependencies and issues.
• Prepare clear leadership briefings on program delivery and performance.
• Support the Program Manager in integrating delivery across task leads and partner companies.
