Ladders is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPSM) for a remote position serving a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit sectors. You will support the overall direction and coordination of complex contractual operations across the program.

This role requires a Master’s degree or 12+ years of program management experience, and PMP certification with an Active Secret clearance. Location is remote for US-based candidates, with background and drug screening conducted.

For our client, we are seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPSM) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

In this remote role, you will support the overall direction and coordination of complex contractual operations across the program. You will partner with leadership to help ensure strong execution, clear reporting, and effective administration while keeping cost, schedule, performance, risk, and quality priorities on track.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,000 – $259,000 annually

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
