Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee contractor staff and act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence. This role ensures adherence to standards of conduct and internal controls while guiding contract performance.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, a Master's degree (or 12 years of related experience), and at least 5 years in related roles, to manage costs, schedule, and performance across all tasks, with focus on continuous service

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor staff adhere to standards of conduct and internal controls.

• Conduct continuous service delivery improvements towards more efficient capabilities and performance.
• Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
