Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS seeks a Program Manager to lead contractor staff in Philadelphia. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and experience planning, executing, and monitoring tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards.

You will ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous service delivery improvements.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Manager of the Contractor staff. Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Must have a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and exhibit proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders to definite task objectives and deliverables. Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. Additionally responsible for assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of organization. Requires a strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.

Experience:

Minimum 8 specific years’ experience as a Program Manager

Education:

MUST HAVE A PMP CERT

Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience
