Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead HQ Services, interfacing with the CO, COR and customer representatives. The role requires developing strategic plans, guiding staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to meet mission goals.

The candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of program management experience focused on risk, innovation, and quality management systems, and hold an active SECRET clearance along with PMP certification.

Serves as the Contractor’s executive leadership and is the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Oversees the entire program for HQ Services. Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program's objectives with the customer's mission and goals. Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience:

Minimum 8 specific years’ experience as a Program Manager with a focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.

Education:

MUST HAVE PMP CERT
Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience
