Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support Department, ensuring governance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems in alignment with FISMA and NIST requirements.

The DPM will assist the PM, manage daily ISSO tasking, monitor bandwidth, and handle escalations while coordinating audits with system owners. A Secret clearance is required with potential TS eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT program coordination experience.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, 800-37.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (not sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Support operations within the ISSO Support Department.
• Act as second-in-command to the PM for ISSO support operations.
• Facilitate daily team tasking and monitor bandwidth.
• Ensure quality control and operational continuity across ISSOs.
• Coordinate during audits, reviews, and system owner engagements.
• POA&M workflow management.
• Documentation quality verification.
• ISSO daily tasking and performance management.
• SOP adherence and workflow improvements.
