Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a passionate Deputy Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support Department, helping maintain security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems. The DPM will supervise governance activities and coordinate system owner engagements.

Responsibilities include second-in-command to the PM, facilitating daily tasking, monitoring bandwidth, and ensuring quality control, with oversight of POA&M workflows, RMF documentation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT program coordination experience.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, 800-37.
• A PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; sponsorship not available.

Job description

ProSync is seeking a passionateDeputy Program Manager (DPM) to help oversee the ISSO Support Department and is responsible for helping maintain security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field.
