Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support Department, ensuring governance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems in alignment with FISMA and NIST requirements.

The DPM will assist the PM, manage daily ISSO tasking, monitor bandwidth, and handle escalations while coordinating audits with system owners. A Secret clearance is required with potential TS eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT program coordination experience.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, 800-37.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (not sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily team tasking and monitor bandwidth.
• Ensure quality control and operational continuity across ISSOs.

ProSync is seeking a passionate Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to help oversee the ISSO Support Department and is responsible for helping maintain security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily. The DPM supports operations within the ISSO Support Department, ensuring all governance and documentation activities flow efficiently. Acts as second-in-command to the PM for ISSO support operations. REQUIREMENTS

• A PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field.
