Job summary

ProSync Technology Group in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessments and maintain DoD RMF documentation and continuous monitoring. You will coordinate RMF artifacts, audit prep, and government liaison efforts.

The role requires 10+ years in federal cybersecurity program management, with recommended PMP/CISSP/CAP credentials and eligibility for Secret/Top Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal cybersecurity program management experience.
• PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification is recommended.
• Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams.
• Minimum Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret (sponsorship not provided).

Job description

ProSync is seeking a passionateProgram Manager (PM) to oversee the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment (ISCA) Department and is responsible for maintaining security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM oversees the operational structure focusing on ISSO Support/Independent Assessments. They ensure the department operates in alignment with governance standards, RMF expectations, and contract performance objectives.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master’s degree in any field is preferred.
