Job summary

ProSync is seeking a passionate Lead Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to oversee the ISSO Support Department and maintain security compliance for DoS systems. You will drive RMF governance, SSP development, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring to ensure daily NIST/FISMA compliance.

With 8+ years as an ISSO or security analyst, you will coordinate assessment cycles, vulnerability status, and A&A preparations, leveraging tools like Archer and CSAM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ISSO or security analyst.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, POA&M processes.
• Experience with governance tools such as Archer and CSAM.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous RMF compliance and system documentation upkeep.
• Oversees SSP development, artifacts, monitoring metrics, and assessment coordination.
• Provides escalation support for complex control interpretations and audits.
