Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of federal/state/local project and program management experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing contracts and multi-workstream coordination.
• Ability to manage action-item tracking, meeting cadence, and documentation.
• Experience delivering services under a customer-facing contract with planning, staffing, quality oversight, and risk management.
• Experience producing executive-ready briefings and status reports using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing all contract/program requirements and resources to meet baselines.
• Participate in meetings with Leidos leadership and customer to ensure program awareness.
• Coordinate program communications with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Track and help resolve program issues/risks; escalate as needed.
• Ensure contract requirements and changes are implemented across the team.
• Support staffing execution and staff development across the lifecycle.
• Lead SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads and manage coordination and reporting.
• Direct Leidos and subcontract staff on the program and ensure integrated delivery.
• Maintain alignment of all program elements and updates across the team.
