Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the delivery of CISA Cybersecurity Exercise Support Services. The role involves assisting with program execution, integration, coordination among teams, and maintaining program health to meet cost, schedule, and technical baselines.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, experience managing customer-facing contracts, and the ability to operate during emergencies/COOP events.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to obtain CISA EOD.
• 10+ years experience in federal, state, and local project and program planning/management.
• Experience supporting program execution for customer-facing contracts across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage action-item tracking, meeting cadence, and documentation.
• Experience leading delivery of services under a customer-facing contract, including planning, staffing coordination, quality oversight, and issue/risk management.
• Experience producing executive-ready briefings, correspondence, and status reporting.
• Ability to support customer needs during normal hours and during emergencies/COOP events.
• Experience managing and supporting cyber-related projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing all aspects of the contract and program.
• Participate in meetings with Leidos leadership and with the customer.
• Support program coordination and communications with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Track and help resolve program issues/risks; escalate as needed and report status.
• Ensure contract requirements are implemented and changes coordinated across the team.
• Support staffing execution and staff development across the contract lifecycle.
• Manage SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads and reporting/communications.
• Support PM in managing Leidos staff and subcontract staff on the program.
• Ensure coordination and integration for seamless delivery of program and exercise support.
• Ensure all aspects of the program are integrated and updated with changes.
