Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of SOW within cost and schedule constraints.
• Interface with CO, COTR, and facilities leadership; manage subcontractors.
• Strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
