Job summary

KBR is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a large, mission-critical Air Operations Center modernization and sustainment effort. Before award, you will support capture, proposal, and transition planning; after award, you will oversee execution, customer engagement, and performance against cost, schedule, and risk parameters.

The role requires a proven leader with experience in AOC operations, government program constraints, and a collaborative management style to build trusted relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced military education, graduate degree, or equivalent senior operational leadership experience preferred.
• Direct experience with Air Operations Centers, C2 modernization, or related DoD programs is highly desirable.
• Active Top Secret clearance is preferred or required for access to sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-facing program leadership for Falconer/AOC modernization and sustainment.
• Engage government stakeholders, operators, and teammates to ensure alignment of objectives and program performance.
• Develop and implement program management processes, staffing plans, and performance metrics.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and personnel across the program lifecycle.
• Support capture, proposal readiness, and transition planning activities.
