Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Deputy Program Director to support CMS/CCIIO initiatives within the Health Solutions portfolio. You will back the Director in strategizing, planning, and overseeing large, government-grade technology programs, ensuring delivery excellence and strong customer relationships.

You will lead engineering, cyber, IT operations, and program control teams, driving schedules, milestones, and performance metrics while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10–11 years of Health IT program management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale federal systems with diverse stakeholders.
• Oversight of portfolios exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Experience establishing and managing SLAs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to oversee strategy, planning, and execution of technology programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, cyber, IT operations, and program control.
• Manage program schedules, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and quality standards.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Drive customer engagement and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and reporting.
• Support financial oversight including budgets, forecasts, EACs, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Prepare and deliver program briefs, status updates, and executive-level reporting.
• Serve as acting Director when required.
