Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Director in staffing and training
• Interface with Government customer mission operations management
• Monitor operations team performance and determine corrective actions
• Manage quality control of technical input for problem/discrepancy reports
• Rectify procedural discrepancies via remedial training and procedure updates
• Identify areas for process improvement and promote employee suggestions
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and decisions
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to policies/procedures
• Mentor and develop junior operations staff
