Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Director in ensuring staffing and training of the operations team.
• Interface with the Government customer mission operations management team.
• Monitor operations team performance and determine corrective actions.
• Manage quality control of technical input for problem or discrepancy reports.
• Investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies by supporting remedial training and updating procedures.
• Identify areas of process improvement and empower team to propose changes.
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and decisions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to operational policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop junior operations staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
