Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to be the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the absence of the Centre Manager. You’ll support back-of-house duties and run front-of-house operations, driving service standards and financial targets in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to deliver on financial targets and drive sales.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation.
