Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Site Lead to join our AFNCR IT Services program at Joint Base Andrews, providing critical IT support to mission partners across the AFNCR. You will oversee front-line operations, coordinate service delivery, and liaise with the 744CS leadership to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role requires a seasoned leader with DoD experience, strong data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to manage diverse technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a fully adjudicated DoD Secret security clearance.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years.
• 10+ years demonstrated information technology operations support experience.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Operations background with focus on director customer-facing service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with behavioral interviewing.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Experience supporting a Department of Air Force entity.
• Ability to brief key organizational decision-makers (VIPs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Site Operations Lead and liaison for the 744CS Commander with oversight of direct customer-facing work centers.
• Performance management.
• Approval authority for change management activities.
• Overseeing the incident management process for moves, adds, changes and break/fix activities.
