Solar Landscape seeks a Deputy General Counsel to lead general corporate, project finance, and development matters for a leading renewable energy platform. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, oversee corporate compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance across teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong corporate law background, experience with finance or M&A, and the ability to collaborate with business development while managing risk.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing required.
• 4+ years of corporate law experience including project finance and/or M&A.
• Strong contract negotiation and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Role is fully remote with option to work from Asbury Park, NJ.

Aufgaben

• Provide general corporate and transactional legal support for project financing and RECs.
• Handle entity formation, registration, and compliance including FERC filings.
• Manage subscriber acquisition and related legal documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and key agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through project life cycles from development to energization.
• Advise on regulatory trends, risk management, and multi-market considerations.
