Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD from an accredited law school.
• Iowa bar admission and substantial corporate litigation experience.
• 10+ years in complex legal activities including contracts and governance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage litigation with outside counsel and monitor legal spend.
• Provide strategic and tactical legal advice to executive leadership.
• Lead major business transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on financing, risk management, and corporate governance matters.
• Supervise corporate counsel or other legal staff as needed.
