The Riverside Superior Court seeks a Deputy Executive Officer of Operations to translate strategy into action, lead court operations and administrative functions, and advance public service.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the leader will oversee programs, budgets, staffing, and performance, drive change, collaborate with judicial officers, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field plus five years in a management role, preferably in a court environment.
• Nine years of related management experience if only a high school diploma or GED.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Court operations, programs, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, operational plans, policies, and initiatives aligned with the Court's mission.
• Lead organizational change and process improvements to strengthen efficiency and performance.
• Advise the COO on complex operational matters and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with judicial officers and executive leadership to advance Court-wide goals.
