Job summary

The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside is seeking a dynamic Deputy Executive Officer of Operations to guide court operations, programs, and administrative functions. You will translate strategic priorities into action, drive performance, and influence initiatives with judicial and executive leaders to deliver public service excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong operational acumen, change leadership, and fiscal stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
• Five years of related professional experience at a management level, preferably in a court environment.
• Alternative: High school diploma or GED with nine years of related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of assigned Court operations and admin functions.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, plans, policies, and initiatives.
• Lead organizational change to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Advise the Chief Operations Officer on complex operational matters.
• Collaborate with judicial officers and executive leadership to advance goals.
• Direct and evaluate operations through managers to ensure service quality.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
