Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises collection, maintenance, and reporting of real estate market data.
• Develops valuation standards for commercial property.
• Trains and supervises staff; coordinates with Board of Review.
• Leads projects to improve division operations and abatement handling.
• Performs statistical analysis and interprets government policies.
• Represents the department in interdepartmental meetings and events.
