Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 4 years of full-time (or equivalent) experience in systems analysis, database administration, or related IT role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and enhance the department's business applications including the CAMA system and related applications.
• Support lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, upgrades, documentation, and training.
• Develop test plans, perform system testing, identify defects, and coordinate resolution before production.
• Collaborate with vendors, DBAs, and IT staff to implement new functionality and integrations.
• Analyze workflows and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with data preparation for annual property tax billing and public reporting.
