Job summary

Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DCBDD) seeks a Medicaid Manager/Supervisor to lead waiver and local funding operations with fiscal oversight. You will supervise Assessment and Funding Specialists, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and providers to optimize service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in Medicaid waivers, budgeting, and policy compliance, with Ohio regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 5 years Medicaid Waiver experience; Master’s Degree in related field and 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
An equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to perform the essential job functions and provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
Must possess a valid State of Ohio Driver's License and acceptable driving record as stipulated by the Board's insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

Lead Medicaid waiver and local funding operations with fiscal oversight.
Supervise Assessment Specialists and Funding Specialists and coordinate PAWS.
Ensure compliance with Ohio Administrative Code, ORC, and waiver-related regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments, providers, and external partners for effective service delivery.
Prepare for and participate in hearings involving DCBDD decisions on waiver services.
