Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within IDD or healthcare.
• At least 3 years of experience with Consolidated Waiver/ODP programs.
• Strong knowledge of ODP regulations and Medicaid requirements.

• Oversee and direct the delivery of services to individuals in the Consolidated Waiver program.
• Ensure services comply with ODP regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for individuals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quality care and compliant support plans.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of service coordinators and case managers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for staff.
• Promote a positive environment that supports professional growth.
• Ensure all services and documentation meet state and federal requirements, including Medicaid.
• Implement quality assurance processes and prepare for audits and reviews.
• Develop and monitor incident reports and corrective action plans.
• Act as liaison between the agency, ODP, families, and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with community partners and healthcare providers.
• Participate in meetings and committees to stay current on policy changes.
• Develop and manage budgets for services under the Consolidated Waiver.
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-effective delivery opportunities.
