Key Responsibilities For The Deputy Controlling Manager
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Analyze financial results, cost performance, and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, working capital, and excess/obsolete inventory performance
- Prepare and review management reporting, variance analysis, and financial presentations
- Support internal controls, audit activities, and financial compliance initiatives
- Act on behalf of the Controlling Manager when delegated and assist with leadership of the controlling function
Qualifications For The Deputy Controlling Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and cost accounting
- ERP experience required; SAP or similar systems preferred
