CFS is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to lead financial performance across North American manufacturing. This high-visibility role partners with plant operations to drive profitability, budgeting, and cost-setting, shaping the business strategy with senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.

• Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-setting processes.
