Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Deputy Contract Manager to provide leadership and QA oversight for the FFSP Global Contract.

You will manage customer relationships, shape integrated program strategy, and coordinate support across corporate and program functions. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will handle government interface, program management, budget oversight, and ensure on-time deliverables in line with the PWS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a preference in a behavioral health discipline.
• Ten (10) years or more demonstrated experience with military family support programs.
• Ten (10) years or more personnel management/supervision experience.
• Ten (10) years or more demonstrated experience with government contracting process through prior work experience.
• Professional experience with managing clinical counseling programs and leading counseling staff in support of a federal contract.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior budget management experience
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and lead change management activities. Must be a US Citizen in order to access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
• A valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required to travel to assigned locations and nearby facilities as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Government Interface: In absence of Contract Manager, serves as primary POC for KO/COR and Government Program Manager.
• Communicate regularly with Government Program Representatives about status, staffing, and requirements.
• Coordinate government inquiries, data requests, and taskings to ensure timely responses.
• Solicit and evaluate Government feedback to improve service delivery and contract performance.
• Program Management Support: provide senior-level oversight for the CNIC FFSP Global Contract.
• Coordinate resources to ensure effective execution across all program areas.
• Develop and implement integrated program strategies to support contract objectives and government priorities.
• Prepare briefings, reports, status updates, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, ISD, L&D, and Compliance to meet mission success.
• Contract Monitoring: assess risks, develop mitigations, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Facilitate timely resolution of contract issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop strategy for contract reporting and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Ensure performance, budget, and other standards are exceeded for assigned areas.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for program effectiveness.
