Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in BA/BS or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive supervisory/ management experience in contracts, quality, compliance, or government services.
• Experience with CIFSO management and security program governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of contract quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct and oversee quality evaluations, inspections, and audits; manage corrective actions.
• Represent the National Program Manager in internal program matters and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Support contract management, reporting, and risk management with executives and stakeholders.
• Assist the NPM with strategic and financial stewardship; monitor resource use and program efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements; prepare executive updates.
