Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Ten or more years demonstrated experience with military family support programs
• Ten or more personnel management/staff supervision experience
• Ten or more demonstrated experience with government contracting process through prior work experience
• Professional experience with managing clinical counseling programs and leading counseling staff in support of a federal contract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a US Citizen to access U.S. Government facilities and systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to assigned locations
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and government clearance

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Contract Manager, act as the primary point of contact for KO, COR, and Government Program Manager
• Communicate regularly with Government Program Representatives on contract status, staffing, performance, and requirements
• Coordinate inquiries, data requests, and taskings to ensure timely responses
• Solicit and evaluate Government feedback to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and satisfaction
• Provide senior‑level oversight and leadership for the CNIC FFSP Global Contract
• Coordinate resources to ensure effective execution across program areas
• Develop integrated program strategies to support contract objectives
• Prepare briefings, reports, and status updates for Government or company leadership
• Collaborate with Business Management, Finance, HR, ISD, L&D, Reporting, Compliance and Quality to meet program goals
• Monitor program performance to ensure alignment with PWS and regulations
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate timely resolution of issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Develop and implement contract reporting strategies to meet requirements
• Ensure budget and performance standards are met or exceeded
• Maintain standard operating policies and documentation
