Job summary

AGE Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Task Manager to lead contract operations under the PWS, ensuring work is performed on schedule, compliant, and aligned with government requirements.

You will supervise staff, coordinate deliverables, and serve as the main liaison with COR, driving performance, risk management, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in team/contract management or an Associate's with 5+ years in similar roles.
• Minimum 3 years managing projects, contracts, or technical teams, preferably in Federal DoD.
• CISSP or CISM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of contract operations to ensure compliance with the PWS and contract requirements.
• Supervise personnel, coordinate activities, and ensure quality performance and mission success.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and submit contract deliverables, including Monthly Progress Reports.
• Serve as primary liaison with the COR for all contract matters.
• Communicate status, risks, and service improvements to stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, DoD cybersecurity, and policy requirements.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
