Responsabilidades

• Delivers and executes civil papers including citations, notices, subpoenas, summons and orders of sale.
• Delivers and executes writs involving garnishment, attachment, and execution.
• Performs arrests and bailiff tasks for the Justice of the Peace as needed.
• Transfers prisoners to and from jail and the courts.
• Performs other duties as required.
