Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute civil papers (citations, notices, subpoenas, summons, restraining orders).
• Deliver and execute writs (garnishment, attachment, execution, habeas corpus, orders of sale).
• Perform arrests and set outs; transfer prisoners to and from jail and courts.
• Perform Bailiff tasks for the Justice of the Peace as needed.
