Job summary

Chinatown Community Development Center seeks a Deputy Chief to lead fundraising, communications, and storytelling. You will guide a seven-person team and drive a culture of philanthropy across staff and board.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop an integrated annual strategy for development and communications, align priorities with organizational goals, and measure outcomes for long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising teams and campaigns.
• Proven ability to cultivate major gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
• Effective board engagement and donor stewardship.
